Elementary Camps

ELEMENTARY BEAR CAMPERS

READY - SET - GO!

Bear camps at Lake Louise offer an intergenerational camping experience! Young campers and adults may journey and grow together at camp. We will worship, sing silly (and not so silly) songs, make friends, enjoy campfires and smores, hike, play games & sports, make crafts, and spend time swimming and at the beach.

These camping experiences are designed to introduce adults and children to camping together, build independence and confidence, grow in faith, cultivate a passion for creation, and continue equipping adults to be active in their family's faith formation. As such, bear camp is divided into three stages of independence through which campers and adults progress. Where will your family feel most comfortable.

Teddy Bear Camp ~ $160

Teddy Bear camp is designed to introduce children and adults to camping together.

We will worship, explore nature, sing around the campfire, eat smores, hike, and hear and explore stories that will shape our faith and life.

Children and their adult camper will participate in all activities together and share a room in the Retreat Center.

Join us for four fun filled days of learning about God, forming new friendships, and building some independence.

Black Bear Camp is the perfect choice for your child who is eager to be a part of a summer camp and all that entails, including sleeping in cabins with their fellow campers, all while you are on site - campers and adults will participate in some activities together and some independently.

This year, we will learn about what it means to be compassionate.  As we learn more about God, we will work on being willing to listen, give and share.   So, register for an adventure with your child (grandchild), pack your bags, and find out how fun camping can be!

Polar Bear Camp gives some of our youngest campers an opportunity to learn compassion and put it into practice. Campers will care for each other as they worship together, encourage one another on the obstacle course, hike to a mountaintop in the woods, and build sandcastles together at the beach. Many of our Polar Bear campers are spending their first week away from home, and we believe that with God's help, the support of our counselors, and the kindness of a compassionate community, all of our children will have a great week at camp! Live Compassionately!
