Polar Bear Camp

Polar Bear Camp is for older elementary kids (grades 3 - 5) who are independent and ready for adventure! Polar Bear campers stay at camp for a full week of learning, exploring, and growing. This year's Polar Bear Campers will participate in Courage Camp. We'll learn about people who served God by being brave, we'll have opportunities to be brave ourselves as we try new foods and activities, and we'll discover that when you stand up for what is right, Jesus stands with you. Campers will also make friends as they participate in traditional camp adventures: campfires, hiking, sports and games, singing, crafts, and fun at the beach.

About Us

Our Dean:
Rev. Jeremy Peters has 25 years of Christian camping experience. He is the father of two elementary-age children, and he serves as the Teaching Pastor at Fenton United Methodist Church. He believes that a single experience of God's love is enough to change a young person's life forever.

Our Counseling Staff:
Our counseling staff includes pastors, teachers, and Christian education professionals. They have been carefully selected for their ability to relate to children and for the depth of their faith in Jesus Christ. Every one of them is committed to making sure that every camper is safe, loved, and respected.

All our camps begin registration at 3pm on the first Sunday of camp. You may pick up your child at 10am the following Saturday in the retreat center.

We have created the Lake Louise Giving Tree. The Giving Tree is a list of items big and small, costly and inexpensive that are needed in our operation. The Giving Tree is a registry listed on Amazon.com. How can you help? Go to the giving Tree and see if there is not something there that you can purchase as a gift to Lake Louise.
